Plastic vibratory media is an ideal choice when preparing softer metals such as aluminum, brass or zinc for plating, painting or anodizing. Being much less dense than ceramic media, plastics are far less likely to damage parts during the vibratory process. This lightweight media is lighter in weight and less aggressive than ceramic media and is perfect for pre-plating, metal removal and fast cutting.
